Catherine, Thanks much! It was a nice trip to Oconee State Park. As you might notice - I get very few comments and my e-mail list is way too small to bother posting even a monthly e-mail newsletter. I've been building my inventory for 20 years now and something sells once in a while - usually something small on ETSY. I am delighted when I make a sale, but I don't make enough money doing this to mention. In fact most recent years I barely covered my expenses and some years ended in the red. We all get lost in the huge volume of artists crowding the internet - pretty impossible to stand out among them. Galleries don't want to represent me - especially when I price my art for much less than they would. Even the on line art sellers want 40 to 50 percent commission and when you add the cost of framing and shipping to and from brick and mortar galleries it is barely worth doing at all.
